Experience in GM: I've been a GM in a few servers. I have been a GM in a v62 servers like SecretStory, LoveStoryMS, and YogiMs, and in a v55 server like ShadowMS. I'm not sure if you've heard of them or not because they weren't very big, like 30 people online at max, hehe. So anyways, I am very experienced with being a GM. I can handle players very well and know all the aspects of being a Gamemaster. I know a lot of commands for a GM as well. When I first became a GM in SecretStory, the server had a scarcity on players. I applied to become a GM regardless of the fact that I may regret spending my time on a developing server. Yet, throughout my days in SecretStory, I took in almost everything I could as a GM and came to learn that a small server like SecretStory was good practice for an inexperienced Game Master. I've came to learn various concepts in being a GM such as regarding player assistance as first priority, being diligent, maintaining every rule assigned to us by the Admin, etc.
Experience in MapleStory and when you started to play: I started playing Maplestory back in 2005, so I've been playing for 4 years. I have made a lot of progress in GMS and have made many friends as well. I know all about maple story and everything there is to it. I have a level 166 Dark Knight in GMS as well as around 12 billion mesos. The server I used to play on is Khaini. My account is active as of now and my cousin is playing it.
Did you play another server other than IntegratedMS?: Yes, but, as of now, this is the only server I play in.
What is MYSQL?: MYSQL is a program that basically runs as a server. It is a management device that can manage many databases, as well as Maplestory.
What is VPS?: A VPS is a virtually powered server. It's kind of like a computer, on a computer. A VPS can be bought and can host maple story as well as other things. This could make IntegratedMS 24/7 if we could afford one.
What is a role play?: I think this is the short term for role playing game. So anyways, a role play is the long word for RPG. A role playing game is a game which the players play as the role of the character they are. For example, as an archer, you will play as an archer. Besides this, players have the choice to manipulate their characters and choose how they turn out. Another example, we can make stat-less characters, but, in a private server, this is pretty much useless. Maple story is a MMORPG, a massively multiplayer role-playing game, which makes it more fun for for everyone as, they have friends they can play with.
What do you do if you watch a hacker?: Well as I'm watching a hacker, I will for sure get some screenshots of obvious hacks that he is using. After that, I won't even need to reveal myself, and simply ban them. The reason for this is because if the hacker posted in the ban appeal section of the forums, I can pull out that screenshot and he will have no words to say.
What would you do if you have a tonne of questions from other people?: As a GM, I am obliged to playing this role. I will need to help out all the players of IntegratedMS, so by answering their questions, I am doing my job as a GM. This is also one of the simpler tasks of being a GM.
If you were a staff for IntegratedMS what kind of things you can do for us?: If I were a part of the staff for IntegratedMS, I could help the players out in more ways than by just being a normal player. If that sounded awkward, I meant that I want to help out the players of IntegratedMS with more authority and power. I can help those in trouble, and to make this private server more entertaining along with warning/jailing/banning hackers and spammers as well as people that are disrespectful to GM's. I am also very friendly and can interact with people easily so I could help answer questions that new players have for me.
How long can you be online: I can be online up to 5 hours a day on weekdays and also up to 9 hours a day on weekends. The reason I say up to is because a test could come up from school or I might be balling with some friends on a day.
Why should we pick YOU: First of all, I'm quite experienced as a GM and I'm very helpful. I usually spend my time in the FM awaiting new players so I can help them out. I'm on a lot so every question directed towards me will be answered as well as I can. I will also help with hackers, spammers, and the ones who direct insults against our server. As a GM, I would try my best to make the server the best it can be. Abusing my GM powers is also something the owners are concerned of but, I assure you I will not abuse my GM powers if I am selected as a GM. There is one thing that separates me from the rest of the people who posted GM applications, it is diligence, I put 200% of effort in everything that I do. When I get a task given to me, I would give my best effort in accomplishing it as well as I can. I also think that this server may soon lack GMs at times when there is something urgent or serious, but I am mostly on so that wouldn't be a problem. I hope to promote internet friendliness in this server so everyone can have fun. Another thing is that I do not give in to requests easily, if a player wanted an item, he would have to earn it. I could also host events daily if I were given permission to so the players of IntegratedMS could have some more fun when they are bored.

The following information may seem to meander from the point of this application, but I believe it is crucial for the staff to know what to expect from me beforehand. A little background information about myself...I am a foreigner by birth, commonly referred to as a Fob, yet I can honestly say that I have nearly mastered the English language well enough to speak it fluently in real life and type it without any ambiguous or erroneous wording. For the most part, my English would not interfere with my work as a GM. My grammar can be superb while at other times it can be as bad as rubbish. Yet, when it comes to imperative situations such as doing GM work, I can push myself to type with utmost quality. Although I may make minor flaws at times, I can definitely say that it will not impair the reader's understanding of what I am trying to get out. I will attempt my best at typing professionally and hold true to what I have said about my grammar.
What kind of person am I? "Me" in many adjectives...I would describe myself in several ways, but if I had to narrow it down to the specifics, I would say that I'm sensitive, dependable, and enthusiastic as well as outgoing. There are other adjectives involving me that may apply to GM work such as respectful, loyal, flexible, yet these are all givens as a GM. I can be kind and caring, but not to the point where I would twist the rules or let a hacker "slide". I can be dependable at all times because I, myself, have been in the shoes of many players in various private servers. I know how it can feel to be neglected when players are in a desperate need of help. However, most importantly, I know being enthusiastic is one of the important qualities that I would like to carry over as a GM. I believe that it is important that GMs appear interested in their work to show that they have players' undivided attention at all times. I wish to attribute my enthusiasm to not only benefit customer service, but to bring humor and excitement whenever necessary.
